We are seeking for an experienced, capable and professional “Aesthetician” to ensure guest satisfaction regarding the below mentioned areas of Spa services in accordance with the Costa Navarino standards. The successful candidate will utilize sales techniques and strategies to promote and optimize retail sales revenues.

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for providing efficient treatments (facial / body treatments) and courteous guest service to our guests and is able to handle aesthetic oriented questions in a qualified way
  • Must have a thorough knowledge of numerous beauty therapy techniques, expertise knowledge, have to possess an understanding of facial / body treatments (scrub, skin analysis, skin-care etc.) and be willing to learn further treatment techniques
  • Must possess excellent communication skills and be able to learn the products, spa -menu and service knowledge necessary to consult and provide wellness solutions to meet the individual needs of our guests
  • Maintain good working relationships with all resort departments
  • Maintain a strong sales acumen at all times seeking to close every sales opportunity by providing a strong rapport and accurate advice

Candidate requirements:

  • Beauty Therapy / Aesthetic Degree, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Beauty Therapist in a 4 or 5 star resort
  • Additional qualifications in facial / body treatments (wrap, soft pack etc.) are advantageous
  • Proper communication etiquette (both written and spoken) with internal and external guests
  • Speak, write and converse freely in both Greek and English – knowledge of German and/or Russian will be considered a plus

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for providing efficient treatments (joint mobilization, massage, manipulation etc.) and is able to handle osteopathy oriented questions in a qualified way
  • Must facilitate the body’s ability to heal itself through stretching, massage and gentle manipulation
  • Should offer added exercise and health advice for back pain, injuries, joint pain etc.
