  • Knowledge of Greek and an extra foreign language will be considered as an advantage

Being part of our Sales and Marketing team you will:

  • Actively participate in content creation (copywriting, photography, videos) to activate across all channels, in adherence with brand guidelines and hotel positioning.
  • Support the set-up and launch of offline/online campaigns, and follow up on results with effective tracking and result analysis.
  • Drive the implementation of the Social Media strategy with relevant story telling content, and manage all Social Media channels for both resorts
  • Produce marketing assets and hotel collateral and ensure all are brand compliant and up-to-date
  • Drive the implementation of the in-house marketing strategy and tactics, including Restaurant/Bar Marketing.

Confirm content across all websites to be up-to-date, use CMS to create landing pages and special offers, and set-up and materialize email campaigns to various databases.
  • Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing and the Marketing Manager in developing and managing the different Marketing Plans and budgets for the hotels and outlets.

The successful candidate needs toto assist the Revenue Team in providing an efficient and friendly Reservations service, and to maximize revenues to achieve budgeted and forecasted targets. The minimum pre-requisites for this position is that the candidate is competent in all Reservation Agent tasks, is enthusiastic about the hotel, displays a willingness to learn and a focus on Customer. Moreover he/she is an OPERA reservations software user.

Essential Functions:

  • Maximizes rooms revenue through the conversion of telephone calls into sales.
  • Is fluent on all hotel products and services.
  • Handles faxes and emails pertaining to rooms reservations.
  • Is fully conversant with all market segments and rate plans used across all distribution channels.
  • Handles customer queries and complaints relating to Rooms Reservations.
  • Identifies sales opportunities through individuals, Corporate Accounts, Wholesalers and Travel Management companies.
