1 cup extra virgin olive oil, preferably Navarino Icons Estate Grown Extra Virgin Olive Oil
5 tbsp. coarse sea salt, preferably Navarino Icons Sea Salt with Rosemary
Wash potatoes thoroughly and leave skin on. Rub with extra virgin olive oil and generously sprinkle with sea salt. Bake in preheated oven, at 200°C for 1 hour. Serve hot as a side dish with any meat, fish or salad featured here.
