Our commitments

More than a year ago, Costa Navarino embarked on a journey to ensure that every guest feels comfortable by anticipating and foreseeing their needs and preferences. While this is an ongoing process, we highlight some of the key actions that we have taken so far:

– Extensive training to all our associates in collaboration with HospitableMe, a leader in inclusive hospitality

– W Costa Navarino is the first hotel in the world that has been accredited by the IGLTA (International LGBTQ+ Travel Association) for its inclusive practices

– Extensive research in collaboration with the University of Piraeus to thoroughly understand the needs of different groups and how these can be met in the tourism sector.

– Over the past two years we enriched our offering to enhance our guests’ comfort. Some examples include, gender neutral restrooms, gender neutral amenities, weighted blankets, noise cancelling headphones, beach wheelchairs, prayer kits, amenities for special hair and skin types.

– The journey continues through ongoing training of all of our associates and collaboration with specialized organizations serving those with autism, mental disabilities, mobility issues, hearing and vision impairments to help us further understand what we can do to cater for and ensure that every single guest feels comfortable.
