The tasteful opulence of the Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort and the Westin Resort Costa Navarino has further enhanced the region’s architectural diversity and inspired us in the design of this residence. The hotel buildings and landscaped areas, including communal planted and paved spaces as well as the golf courses, blend harmoniously with Messinia’s unique natural environment. Native vegetation dominates, with olives, cypresses, pistacias and vines in abundance.
The villas feature street access on the one side, while offering panoramic sea views on the other. The residence is surrounded by rich Mediterranean vegetation, which is a natural barrier from the rest of the neighbourhood. It comprises of two volumes; the larger one is the main residence while the second one serves as a guest house.
There are two large wings in the main volume, one housing all the private rooms of the residents, while the other consists of the main living spaces, dining area and kitchen. Situated between the main residence and the densely planted downhill edge of the property, the outdoor living space with the large swimming pool serves as the epicenter of residential private life.
When entering the residence, the eye wanders towards the sunlit outdoor living space which is a natural extension of the indoors, taking in the breathtaking view. That was the main architectural intent; experience life in the lush yet peaceful Messinian landscape.
