TEMES

TEMES Group is a premier destination developer and operator in Greece. Costa Navarino, its flagship development, is one of the largest tourism investments in the Mediterranean. Based on solid financial foundations, the development will ultimately comprise five distinct resort areas, covering 1,000 hectares in total, and including 5-star hotels, quality facilities, world class golf courses and luxury private residences.

Additionally, TEMES owns a controlling stake in Ionian Hotel Enterprises S.A., owner of a historic and flagship property in the center of Athens, which is currently being transformed into a new city destination. TEMES also has a strategic agreement with Lamda Development S.A. with a majority stake, for the joint development of two state of the art, luxury hotels and residential complexes on the landmark Ellinikon project which aims to put the ‘Athens Riviera’ on the global tourism map.

Costa Navarino receives approval for inclusion in Greece’s new zoning plan, becoming part of what is known as an Integrated Tourism Development Area.

2007

Breaking ground in Navarino Dunes.

2010

Development of first phase completed – Opening of Navarino Dunes featuring The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort, The Westin Resort Costa Navarino , The Dunes Course and leisure facilities.

 

2011

Launch of the second golf course, The Bay Course.

2014

The Olayan Group becomes a c. 25% shareholder.

2016

Acquisition of a 50% stake at Ionian Hotel Enterprises, owner of Hilton Athens.

2017

Official launch of residential sales in Navarino Dunes.

2018

Partnership with Consillium S.A. for the co-ownership and co-development of Navarino Hills.

2019

Breaking ground in Navarino Bay, Navarino Waterfront and Navarino Hills.

Acquisition of a controlling stake at Ionian Hotel Enterprises.

Establishment of Athens Beach Club S.A. for the development and operation of a prominent beach club on the Athens Riviera.

2020

J/V with Lamda Development for two waterfront projects in The Ellinikon.

2022

Launch of Navarino Waterfront – W Costa Navarino, and two signature golf courses at Navarino Hills.

2023

Scheduled opening of Navarino Agora and Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino in Navarino Bay.

2007

TEMES S.A., the developer of Costa Navarino, has in place all the necessary infrastructure for sustainable development.

2015-2016

Soft launch of Costa Navarino Residences. The first two villas are sold immediately.

2017

Official launch of Costa Navarino Residences, featuring off-plan, fully customized villas in two residential neighborhoods: Sea Dunes and Olive Grove.

2017-2018

Costa Navarino Residences crowned winner of International Property Award for Residential Development.

2018

35% of the initial offering already sold within one year of launch.

2019

Launch of “The Residences at the Westin Resort, Costa Navarino”, a collection of freehold, fully furnished apartments / More than 50% of initial offering (villas and apartments) now sold.

 

2020

Launch of Rolling Greens, the third residential neighborhood in Navarino Dunes, featuring 43 turnkey detached and semi-detached villas. All villas are sold out in less than a year.

2021

71 villas and 80 resort apartments have already been sold in three different neighborhoods.

2022

Launch of new residential neighborhoods.
