Costa Navarino is the prime, sustainable destination in the Mediterranean, located in the Greek region of Messinia in the southwest Peloponnese. One of the most unspoiled and breathtaking Mediterranean seaside landscapes, this place has been shaped by 4,500 years of history. With a total land area of 1,000 hectares it will ultimately comprise a number of distinct areas featuring 5-star deluxe hotels, luxury residences and signature golf courses.

Costa Navarino, one of the largest private tourism and real estate investments in the Mediterranean, is developed within a total land area of 1,000 hectares and comprises five distinct areas. Upon completion, the total investment (direct and indirect) is expected to exceed €2.5 billion.

Navarino Dunes

Navarino Dunes is the first area of Costa Navarino in operation. It is home to two multi-awarded 5-star hotels (The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort and The Westin Resort Costa Navarino), luxury residences (Costa Navarino Residences), a signature golf course (The Dunes Course), a 4,000 m² spa & thalassotherapy center (Anazoe Spa), over 20 restaurants and bars as well as a wide range of sports, outdoor and cultural activities.

Navarino Hills is being developed as a year-round integrated resort with alternative tourism elements featuring additional innovative tourism and recreation facilities, excellent golf, dedicated wellness and countryside activities, while highlighting the uniqueness of the area.

Two new 18-hole golf courses, designed by two-time Masters champion and Ryder Cup legend José Marίa Olazábal, are set above the coastline and offer panoramic views of the surrounding countryside, the Bay of Navarino and the Ionian Sea.

Named as the ‘World’s Best New Golf Development’ at the 2020 World Golf Awards, Navarino Hills is one of Europe’s newest golf destinations. It is home to the first International Olympic Academy Golf Course in the world, as well as to The Hills Course.

The second new golf course at Navarino Hills, The Hills Course, play to par 72 and measures 6,280m in length.

Costa Navarino offer its guests four signature golf courses to enjoy within a maximum distance of 13km from each other, further enhancing its status as one of Europe’s unrivalled golf destinations.
