TEMES S.A together with D-Marine Investment Holding B.V have become equal shareholders of the listed ATHEX Ionian Hotel Enterprises S.A. owning company of HILTON ATHENS.

This joint venture will create multiple synergies and a host of future possibilities for visitors to Greece, who in the future may combine a stay at one of the most historic and iconic hotels in the capital with the authentic Costa Navarino experiences and pristine natural environment of a truly idyllic region of the Peloponnese.
