The port of Patras is the main entry point for visitors arriving to Greece by ship directly from Italy (either from Venice, Ancona, Bari or Brindisi). The driving distance from the port of Patras to Costa Navarino is less than 200 kilometers.
The marina in Pylos, and the Bay of Navarino in general, can be an ideal base for private yachts, sailing boats and cruise ships.
In addition to a modern marina, Kalamata has a large port that could accommodate major cruise liners arriving from every part of the Mediterranean.
